Returns are accepted within 3 days only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
Used, cut lace, customized orders, or slight color differences are not eligible.

After approval, we will provide replacement or refund (3–5 working days).
Shipping paid by us if mistake is ours, otherwise customer pays.
